Where to buy Girl Scout cookies in 2022

Thin Mints, anyone? Starting Saturday, you’ll be able to get your cookie fix.

Here are the details:

Who: Girl Scouts of Minnesota and Wisconsin River Valleys

What: The 2022 Girl Scout cookie program

When: Starts Saturday and goes through March 27.

Did you know? Girl Scouts River Valleys is the top cookie-selling council (out of 111) in the country. Last year, 11,200 girls from Girl Scouts River Valleys participated in the Girl Scout Cookie Program and sold 3.4 million packages of cookies.

New this year: Adventurefuls, a brownie-inspired cookie with caramel-flavored crème and a hint of sea salt.

Returning cookies: Thin Mints, Caramel deLites, Peanut Butter Patties, Peanut Butter Sandwich, Shortbread, Lemonades, Toast-YAY and the gluten-free Caramel Chocolate Chip cookie.

Cost per box: $5 (same as 2020)

Where: Local Girl Scouts will sell cookies via in-person booths, door-to-door activity and online. Cookie lovers can also find local troops participating in cookie sales at their local Cub Foods store.

Proceeds: The cookie program’s goal is to help girls gain confidence, learn entrepreneurial skills and achieve goals. Girl Scouts use their cookie earnings to better their communities, explore new things in STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) and the outdoors, plan travel adventures, have fun experiences with their friends and more.
